Southeast loses to Osage City

In their previous matchup, the Southeast Lancers faced the dangerous Humboldt Cubs where they were defeated 54-12.

Thursday night, the Lancers played in the first round of the playoffs against their opponent the Osage City Indians who came into the came with only one loss.

Southeast would keep in contact with the Indians in the first quarter as the score after one was 6-8 in favor of the Indians.

But the Indians carried momentum from their terrific season as the offense pushed the lead ahead to 21-6 at halftime.

From there, the Indians efforts were too much for the Lancers as Southeast closed out the season at 4-5 after a 28-6 loss to Osage City in the first round of the Kansas playoffs.
