Thursdays on the Square to include Champions appearance

This week’s Thursdays on the Square event is sure to be jam-packed with entertainment for everyone.
The evening begins at 6 p.m. with the opening of the Vendor Buffet. Select businesses along the square will be open late and there will be additional vendors selling their wares as well.
At 6:30, there will be a special Meet the Trojan Champions event with the state champion softball girls and 13-time state champion Cailie Logue in attendance. The softball girls will be selling tickets for two YETI coolers, donated by the Producer’s Coop Farm Store, to raise money for their State Champion rings. Tickets are $5 for one or $10 for three. The winning names will be drawn on Sunday, just in time for Father’s Day.
If you are unable to make the event, you may also purchase tickets at Producer’s Coop Farm Store.
Live music from the Living Faith Church band will kick off at 7 p.m., and there may be some additional special guests as well.
Make plans to drop by the Girard square Thursday evening any time from 6- 9 p.m. You won’t want to miss this community celebration to kick off the summer!
