THE STATE OF KANSAS TO ALL PERSONS CONCERNED:
You are notified that on February 4, 2025, a Petition for Probate of Will and Issuance of Letters Testamentary was filed in this Court by Bobby Dean Lamb, an heir, devisee and legatee, and Co-Executor named in the “Last Will and Testament of Kathy Lynn Lamb,” deceased.
All creditors of the decedent are notified to exhibit their demands against the Estate within the latter of four months from the date of first publication of notice under K.S.A. 59-2236 and amendments thereto, or if the identity of the creditor is known or reasonably ascertainable, 30 days after actual notice was given as provided by law, and if their demands are not thus exhibited, they shall be forever barred.

 RESOLUTION 2025-08
Published March 13, 2025.
 A Resolution for the City of Girard, Kansas describing certain personal property presently owned by the City of Girard, declaring such property to be surplus property and authoring advertisement for sale of such personal property.
 Whereas, the following described personal property is presently owned by the City of Girard, Kansas, to wit:
1. Green Climber Remote Mower L V300 – PW
2. Lot of 10 Electric Motors. Condition unknown. – PW – (Adair Bldg)
3. Lot of 28 Metal power poles – PW – (Street Bldg)
4. 10 foot Henderson snow plow – PW – (Street Bldg)
5. Lot of 7 Gasoline powered pumps. Some engines work. – PW – (Adair Bldg)

Whereas, said property 
constitutes "surplus personal property" as that term is defined in Ordinance 1277; and
Whereas, it is in the best interest of the City of Girard, Kansas to sell said property.
Now, therefore be it resolved by the governing body of the City of Girard, Kansas as follows:
The above personal property is hereby declared to be surplus property of the City of Girard, Kansas; and that such property will be sold with the right to refuse bids if reserves are not met. The City will be accepting bids starting March 11, 2025 and ending at 4:00 p.m. March 21, 2025. Sealed bids will be opened at the Council Meeting of March 24, 2025.
Adopted by the governing body of the City of Girard, Kansas this 11th day of March 2025.
