Lady Trojans golf qualifies for state

With the all the work put in this season and the amazing hot streak, the Girard Girls Golf team traveled to the Independence Country Club October 8, to compete for a spot at the state tournament. And compete they did, as the Lady Trojans qualified for the 4A girls’ golf state tournament, finishing in third-place at the regional meet.

The state golf tournament falls on October 15, at Hutchinson-Carey Park in Hutchinson. Congrats to the girls on a magnificent season and best of luck at state!
