Kansas Crossing Casino donates $26,000 to WWP

The Kansas Crossing Casino is committed to support our nation’s wounded warriors through Wounded Warrior Project® (WWP) and the nonprofit’s free programs and services. Many wounded veterans face significant challenges when they return to civilian life, and through the generous support of donors and corporate partners, WWP is able to provide support during their recovery, wherever they are in that process.

On Saturday, May 20th the Kansas Crossing Casino held Slots of Support, a special promotion designed to benefit the Wounded Warrior Project.  Between noon and midnight, Players Club members were able to win free slot dollars. The Kansas Crossing Casino committed to matching however much was given out in free slot dollars during Slots of Support, with a donation to the Wounded Warrior Project. “There was no limit on how many times guests could win during the promotion” said Carter Bair, Director of Marketing, “so there was no limit to the amount we’d donate to the Wounded Warrior Project.” The casino paid out $26,825 in free slot dollars. “The Brutus Bonus, where we give out free slot play to our guests is a promotion we do quite frequently” said Bair, “we wanted to add the donation component to do our part on Armed Forces Day to honor the brave men and woman that serve.”

Through their Slots of Support promotion, the Kansas Crossing Casino is supporting warriors by helping them access programs and services that help them live healthier, more active lifestyles.
